Established in 1959, they offer ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services in 84 countries across six continents, partnering with over 300 airline customers to ensure the aviation industry operates smoothly and efficiently.

In a recent upgrade to their major cargo facility at Mascot, which services the Sydney Airport, dnata engaged Summit Fencing to supply and install internal high screens and deadhouse cages to cordon off certain areas, creating a more streamlined and secure warehouse. These screens were designed with a colourbond base and chainwire screening above, ensuring the facility meets strict WHS and security requirements. Summit worked closely with dnata to deliver this custom style to the high standards within a very short timeframe.

Ivanhoe Estate, Macquarie Park

The Ivanhoe Estate project at Macquarie Park will see the transformation of 259 social housing properties on the 8.2 hectare site into a socially integrated neighbourhood of around 3000 to 3500 properties including over 950 social and 128 affordable rental apartments.

PFD Distribution Centre, Chullora

Frasers Property Australia commenced the $70 million cold storage and food production warehouse for PFD Food Services at their six-hectare site in Chullora in mid-2017. The 22,208-square-metre facility was completed late last year, and became PFD’s second major food storage hub.

Summit Fencing were subcontracted by Frasers to supply and install all fencing requirements. The number of different components needing to be installed simultaneously created a challenge for Summit, however being experienced in large projects and with all manufacturing done in-house, the project was completed before time and to a very high standard.

Yandhai Nepean Crossing

The Roads and Maritime Services engaged Seymour White to construct a new pedestrian and cyclist bridge across the Nepean River between Penrith and Emu Plains. The new bridge, which was opened on 29 October 2018, has a long single span of 200m and weighs over 600 tonnes.

Summit Fencing was contracted by Seymour White at the beginning of the project to supply and install semi-permanent chainwire fencing around the site compound. The bridge was constructed in a large shed within this compound, and as each section was completed it was pushed out over the river.

Towards the completion of project, the temporary fencing was then pulled down and permanent chainwire fencing was reinstalled. Other fencing works completed by Summit were rural fencing around properties on the western banks, and a short run of black flat top tubular fencing at the entrance to the bridge on the eastern bank.
